Making Maggi Pazzta in a different style adding milk and cheese to it and making it more tasty.

  • Prep: 5 mins
  • Cook: 20 mins
  • Yields: 2 Bowls

Ingredients

1 packet Maggi Pazzta (Any Flavor) I've used Tomato Twist

10-12 Cashews

2 tbsp Milk

1 tsp Oil

1 cup Milk

Optional

1 Cheese Cube

Directions

1Take a Vessel with 2-3 cups of water, add 1 tsp oil in it.

2Once the water starts boiling add only the pasta to the boiling water.

3Grind the cashews, milk and milk cream and the taste-maker (which comes in the packet) together in a mixer to make a thick paste.

4Once the pasta is cooked properly (Each pasta becomes big and soft) strain the pasta with running cold water so that the pasta does not become sticky.

5Now take another pan and add little oil to it.

6Once the oil becomes hot add the Taste-maker paste to the pan and stir it.

7When you see slight bubbles popping up add the cooked pasta to the pan.

8Mix it well, (you can add little water to the pan if you want to make the pasta have a little gravy)

9Cover the pan for 2-3 mins.

10Serve when hot with coriander leaves and tomato ketchup as seasoning.

You can use any flavor of the Maggi Pazzta, In this recipe I have used the Tomato Twitst Flavor.
